I got a note from the nabble folks that I had to post something to keep this forum active, so here goes.
An alpha release of Simbrain 3 is just about ready to go. I've been working with a Alex Holcombe at the university of Sydney on a tutorial using Simbrain 3, which pushed me to get a release in shape. He's presenting a version of the tutorial at a conference in January, and right around then I'll post the alpha release with more info about it.
If you're really motivated, the current version on subversion runs and most things work. To use that version follow these directions:
