Having just found Simbrain, I simply want to express my delight at finding a well implemented simulator that looks to be ideal for pedagogical purposes. I teach a short course in connectionism to masters students in cognitive science, many of whom have esentially no computer background. We have made do with tLearn and JNNS over the last few years, but with lots of problems. Simbrain looks perfectly pitched for this purpose, and I look forward to using it! Many thanks!
