 Last week owenm33 posted a message about importing csv weights.   It took us a while to respond but we have been working on it.  It looks like that message has been taken down.  Owenm33, if you're still out there, we encourage you to repost!    I should note that Zoë is more an expert on this stuff and she has already implemented some of what you asked for.
